How do I know when my subscription will renew?

We always send a 2-day reminder via email before your subscription is renewed to ensure you are aware of its renewal. If you wish to check the renewal date yourself, you can log in and see your subscription plan details.

How do I manage my subscription?

Simply log in with your details and you will be able to manage your subscription from there. You can cancel, pause, renew and change your subscription details from logging in.

How long until I see results?

It varies from person to person. Some individuals experience the benefits within only a few weeks, while others may take longer, up to a few months. Generally, customers observe the peak of hair improvement after 3 to 6 months of consistent Alostra use. Therefore, we recommend taking it for at least 3 months.

Will I lose my hair after stopping?

You will retain the benefits to your hair from Alostra for a while, but over time, these benefits may diminish as the nutrient levels drop back to their initial levels. We have observed that most customers continue using Alostra even after solving their hair loss. They do this primarily to maintain the strength and thickness of their hair. Others may also take temporary breaks before resuming Alostra.

Is there any time where I should not be taking Alostra?

We do not recommend taking Alostra if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. After these crucial periods, Alostra can be helpful in restoring hair strength and health.
